The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the Chitram TV website. The photographs of the catalogue are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the proposed product, in particular as regards the colours and different editions. - Terms of payment
The full payment is due upon order. The payment can be made: By bank transfer in advance to our bank account. The currency of payment is in British Pound or any international currency. - Conditions of return
Note: Please note that you must return each product or service within 14 days in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned new, unopened, unused and complete. These items must not have any additional signs of use or damage.If you used the product or service and return within 14 days, the restocking cost of 30 GBP will be applied. You have 14 days to return the faulty device. Only the returned Products will be taken together (accessories included) and in perfect condition of resale (examples: the product must not include a mark on the product intact, product not broken, not scratched (s), packaging of the product on which are indicated the bar code, the serial number, etc.). The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All ChitramTV boxes are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase.
